tone

Warm, direct, story-first. Faith-informed but not faith-led. Australian. Teacher-clear but never preachy.

Always

  • One sentence per line in nurture and story content. White space is doing the heavy lifting.
  • Italicise one key word per display headline. That is the signature rhythm move.
  • Bold key phrases inside prose, never whole paragraphs.
  • ALL CAPS sparingly. Single emotional words only.
  • Sign off with Xx Tracy or a soft variant.
  • Freedom Filled® always carries the registered trademark symbol.

Never

  • No em dashes. Use commas, full stops, or a line break instead.
  • No corporate jargon. No leverage, synergy, value proposition, stakeholders.
  • No fake scarcity or guilt-based selling.
  • No corporate openers. No "I hope this email finds you well".
  • No third-person about Tracy. Always first person.
  • No fabricated testimonials, names, or revenue figures. Bracketed placeholder only.
