Internal · Team onboarding
Welcome to Tracy Harris Co.
You are here because you said yes to something bigger than a job. This page is your orientation. Who we are, what we believe, how we make decisions, and what we expect of each other. Read it slowly. Come back to it often. This is the why under the work.
01 · Vision
Where we are going.
Women leading thriving, freedom-filled businesses by sharing their wisdom, teaching transformational work, and building communities that lift each other higher.
A world where more women say yes to the calling on their life, and have the strategy, support, and spaciousness to actually build it.
02 · Mission
What we do.
We help women build freedom-filled businesses. Not hustle-harder businesses. Not grind-till-you-break businesses. Real, beautiful, profitable businesses that serve the life they want to live.
We do that through mentorship (FFB), mastermind (FFM), and a body of work that teaches women to scale with strategy, stewardship, and soul.
03 · Values
What we stand on.
These eight values are the filter. When a decision is hard, when a message is unclear, when the way forward is murky, you run it through these.
-
01
Integrity
We do what we said we would do. We tell the truth, even when it costs us. What happens in private matches what happens in public.
-
02
Leading with love
Every message, every decision, every difficult conversation starts from a posture of love. Firm when it needs to be. Always kind.
-
03
Collaboration
We build with, not at. Team, clients, partners. The best ideas win, not the loudest voice. We share credit generously.
-
04
Striving for excellence
Good enough is rarely good enough. We sweat the details clients notice and the ones they do not. Excellence is a habit, not a performance.
-
05
Radical responsibility
If it is ours, we own it fully. If it broke, we fix it. If we missed it, we name it. No blame, no spin, no waiting to be rescued.
-
06
Initiative
See the gap, close the gap. We do not wait to be told. We bring the RISE brief, the suggested fix, the next step. Then we move.
-
07
Communication
Clear beats clever. We over-communicate context, under-communicate noise. If it affects someone else, they hear it from us first.
-
08
Unparalleled experience
From a cold DM to a retreat in Bali, every touchpoint feels considered, warm, and alive. The bar is, would Tracy be proud to send this?
04 · Beliefs
What we believe.
Not rules. Not slogans. The quiet convictions underneath the work. If you disagree with most of these, you will not be happy here.
- Business is a vehicle for freedom, not a cage we build for ourselves.
- Profit and peace are not opposites. We hold both.
- Every woman has a message worth paying for. Our job is to help her find it, own it, and sell it with confidence.
- Family comes before the feed. Freedom Friday exists for a reason.
- Slow is often faster. Spaciousness is a strategy.
- We are stewards of what we have been given, time, audience, team, influence.
- The right-fit client is worth more than ten wrong-fit clients.
- A brave decision is not a purchase. Joining is a yes to yourself.
- We do not weaponise faith, fear, or urgency to sell.
- The team is the business. How we treat each other shapes every client outcome.
05 · Operational framework
RISE, how we communicate and decide.
RISE is how we bring problems, decisions, and proposals to the team. It replaces rambling Slack messages and circular back-and-forth with a structure that respects everyone's time, especially Tracy's.
Recognise · Investigate · Suggest · Execute.
-
R
Recognise
State the situation, problem, or opportunity. Just the facts. What is happening, what triggered this. Do not jump to the fix yet.
-
I
Investigate
Gather context. What do we know, what have we tried, what are the constraints, what is the relevant history. Show your thinking.
-
S
Suggest
Bring a recommendation. One path forward, or options if there is more than one viable route. Be specific. Show the trade-offs.
-
E
Execute
Define next steps, owner, and timeline. Once a decision is made, move. Do not loop back into investigation.
RISE respects Tracy's limited working hours. When the team uses it, Tracy can read a brief and make a decision in minutes, not hours.
06 · Client framework
APPLE, how we move clients through the zone of doubt.
APPLE is a framework Tracy learned from George and adapted for Tracy Harris Co. It is how we hold clients (and each other) through the season where doubt hits, the work gets heavy, and the temptation is to quit just before the breakthrough.
Internal tool, client-facing in mentorship and mastermind.
